• Notice Regarding Corrections to the Quarterly Data Book for the Twleve Months ended March 31, 2014
  We have updated the Quarterly Data Book for the Twleve Months ended March 31, 2014 on July 29, 2014 to reflect corrections.

• Notice Regarding Corrections to Fiscal Year 2013 Financial Summary
  Please be advised that three errors were discovered within the text of the FY2013 (April 1, 2013-March 31, 2014) Financial Summary. The FY2013 Financial Summary which is available for download on Shinsei Bank? website has been replaced with a corrected version as of May 27, 2014 to correct these errors.
  Details of the errors and the corrections are as follows:
   

1. Location: pg. 23; Interest Repayment
   Erroneous text: SHINKI? usage of reserves for losses on interest repayment (intended for interest repayment and principal amortization) totaled \3.1 billion in fiscal year 2013...
   Corrected text: SHINKI? usage of reserves for losses on interest repayment (intended for interest repayment and principal amortization) totaled \4.5 billion in fiscal year 2013...
2. Location: pg. 24; Corporate/Other
   Erroneous text: ...and while a profit of \3.2 billion was recorded in fiscal year 2012 on the sale of Japanese national government bonds...
   Corrected text: ...and while a profit of \4.9 billion was recorded in fiscal year 2012 on the sale of Japanese national government bonds...
3. Location: pg. 24; Corporate/Other
   Erroneous text: ...and a \1.5 billion loss was incurred on the sale of U.S. Treasury bonds in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2013.
   Corrected text: ...and a \1.5 billion loss associated with the sale of U.S. Treasury bonds was incurred in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2013.
