SBI Shinsei Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Katsuya Kawashima; hereinafter “SBI Shinsei Bank”) is pleased to announce that the total deposit balance of SBI Hyper Yokin exceeded ¥200 billion as of October 7, 2025.

Launched on September 23, 2025, SBI Hyper Yokin, a collaborative service with SBI SECURITIES, has been well received for its high level of convenience, interest rate of 0.42% per annum (0.3346% after tax)— twice that of yen ordinary savings accounts (*), a commemorative campaign offering crypto asset gift vouchers (XRP) and a preferential mortgage interest rate program. Within just one week of launch, deposits reached ¥100 billion, and continued strong performance has led to a balance of ¥200 billion in only two weeks. Amid a historic surge in the Nikkei Stock Average, which has surpassed ¥48,000 for the first time and a booming stock market, individual investors are increasingly turning their attention to asset management. SBI Hyper Yokin, which enables seamless integration between deposits and investments, is gaining attention for its ability to enhance investment agility, fueling rapid growth in demand.

We continue to offer a variety of attractive campaigns and will introduce new initiatives tailored to customer needs going forward. SBI Shinsei Bank Group remains firmly committed to its Customer-Centric Principle, collaborating with SBI Group companies to deliver services that enhance customer convenience and satisfaction.

(*) As of October 8, 2025, the interest rate of the Standard Stage yen ordinary savings account was compared with that of the SBI Hyper Yokin, which offers an annual rate of 0.42% (0.3346% after tax).
